Return/Refund Policy

  1. Returns and Refunds:
    We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made through our drop shipping service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
  2. Eligibility for Returns:
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase.
  3. Initiation of Returns:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via sales@mygamingsetup.co.uk. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Inspection and Processing:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  6. Exchanges:
    We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different item, size, or colour, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
  7. Refund Exceptions:
    Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Items marked as final sale
    • Perishable goods
    • Gift cards
  8. Missing or Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item(s) or issuing a refund.
  9. Refusal of Returns:
    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without prior authorization.

    We reserve the right to update or change our return/refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
